Legacy Runtime Kit for Windows (WRK)

Download of Legacy Windows Runtime Kit (WRK) is free of charge, but password protected. To request a password please send an e-mail via the contact form.

The Legacy Runtime Kit for Windows (WRK) 05.xx is recommended to use for applications created with the corresponding WDK 05.xx. The WRK contains drivers, CPC library, documentation and a graphic monitoring tool for Windows 7/8.x/10/11.

The drivers of WRK 05.xx support only classic CAN interface. This is also relevant for the proCANtool CAN‑Monitor, which is part of the mentioned WRK version.

In contrast EMS Dr. Thomas Wünsche CAN FD drivers provided in WRK 06.xx are backward compatible to work with classic CAN interfaces e.g. CPC-USB/ARM7.
